3.5-367 is old; try the latest revision from http://dolphin-emu.org/download TP processes sound differently; it uses a different microcode on the DSP (the Zelda microcode). SS uses the Wii version of the AX microcode, and under HLE audio it's recently been improved to work with nearly every game that uses it. Newer revisions should output sound through the Wiimote speakers just fine.

If you insist on using 3.5-367 (which you shouldn't) or 3.5 you can just use LLE audio and that will give you Wiimote sound as well.

Yeah, Twilight Princess runs slower in the newer revisions, though I tried the latest revision(3.5-1409) and even tried running DSP LLE, but I coudn't hear sounds from the Wiimote. I checked if the speaker data was enabled or not, and it was enabled, but I couldn't still get any voice. Another issue was that the original sound was getting cut off. The sound was going nice till the calibration part but at the point where you load your save file, the sound becomes really weird.

I tried using DSP LLE on 3.5 but I still couldn't ear any sounds from the Wiimote.

If I need to post my Dolphin configuration, I'd be happy to do so.

Post your DSP settings and your Wiimote configuration (just when you click the "Wiimote" button in Dolphin), preferably as screenshots. One further question, you are using a real Wiimote from Nintendo, correct?

DSP LLE recompiler , not "DSP LLE on thread"
Old Dolphin version : You need to dump 2 files from your console : DSP_coef.bin & DSP_rom.bin
Latest Dolphin version : Don't need to do that , Latest Dolphin has already integrated DSP LLE rom

Yeah, I meant DSP LLE recompiler only, but then before posting the screenshots I made a last attempt at the speakers andthis time by checking the DSP LLE on Thread checkbox.
And as I said, the Wiimote speaker isn't working with these configurations anyway, even when DSP LLE on thread is unchecked.
EDIT: I'd be able to run the game without the Wiimote sounds, since it doesn't really matter anyway as long as I have the vibrations, but I'm getting troubled by the actual sound. The sound becomes choppy as soon as I pass the calibration part. I have posted the DSP configuration.

If you can't run the game full-speed the sound will be choppy. For both LLE and new AX-HLE

When I mean Choppy I mean the sound gets cut off every second and then reappears. I can't get the right word to describe it, haha.
The sound worked correct in the previous build I was using(3.5-367).

This is how I had understood it. You chose a good word. You could have employed "stutterings" to qualify it too.

New AX-HLE for Wii games was merged as of 3.5-1154 that's why you have no stuttering with your old build
