Legend of Zelda Wind Waker not working

Whenever I run The Wind Waker I can use the enter key on the keyboard, (which I have mapped to the start button) but when I get past the first screen it says "Memory card in slot A is corrupted. Would you like to format it?" I can not press enter or any key on my keyboard or mouse to move past this screen.

It would be great if someone could help me get past this screen and be able to play Wind Waker.

Have you mapped all of the buttons already? It sounds dumb, for sure, but it´s always good to make sure?

You don't press start, you press A.
