Unfortunately I can't do that. I don't have it anymore, and aren't we not supposed to talk about the files themselves?

If you don't have any way to redump the game then i guess we can't help you. It won't run on your computer anyways and you'll just get disappointed.

The problem is not the file. The problem is the emulator crashing upon clearing the code cache, which we have not discussed at all during this topic.

Well, we don't actually know if it's the file or not. But you said you tried multiple revisions so:
1. It's either your computer being shit (sorry, accept the truth). 2. The ISO is corrupted. 3. There actually is a problem but we can't tell since you don't tell us anything and can't even redump the game. 4. All of the above Sorry, but if you don't even own the game anymore I'm afraid we won't be able to help you. 08-24-2013, 05:47 AM

Crashing on boot or after the emulator clears the code cache is often a sign of a bad dump/file. The two aren't unrelated. 08-24-2013, 05:50 AM
Might there be anything linked to clearing the code cache in emulator operations?
It's usually a bad dump. You could probably get around this by using the Interpreter instead of the JIT Recompiler (click the Config button, see the General tab). But the Interpreter is quite slower and would probably be unplayable for your system.
EDIT: If your dump is really corrupted, it'd probably crash Dolphin later on, even with the Interpreter. |
