To fix this, you'll have to set it to "High" in order to avoid vehicles and people teleporting. We don't support gameini right now on android. Is this issue also valid on desktops? Do we overwrite the texture cache accurency by game ini?

I found a issue with the dolphin emulator for android on the lg g4(snapdragon 808 with adreno 418). Shadow the hedgehog runs at around 18 to 25 frames in cutscenes and has green lines in the cutscenes. Here is a link. The video is slightly slower then 18 to 25 frames because i am running a screen recorder on my phone to record which slows down emulation a little.

This mostly means that it has something to do with your phone. Any Snapdragon related phones or tablets won't really perform as well as the Nvidia Shield Android TV due to how poor their drivers are. If you want to get rid of those obnoxious green lines, it's best to get an Nvidia Shield Android TV as it's not too expensive. Plus, the Tegra X1 in the Nvidia Shield Android TV is a beast compared to the other chips in all other phones. 09-01-2015, 12:13 PM
In Retro City Rampage, I'm unable to bypass the part where the bird lands on the police as the game will freeze before the dog laughs at him (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EgH3HDeqpjQ).

This green lines are likely not because of the driver, they are more likely because of an old build. We've improved the aarch64 jit a lot in the last month. Really a lot.
