Way to high... You can boil water with this temp
If you can afford, get the Noctua NH-D14 CPU cooler. This is really a beast!

And what about cpu coolers in lower price classes like 20-40€?
I have a FRACTAL DESIGN DEFINE R3 Silver Arrow Quote:And what about cpu coolers in lower price classes like 20-40€?Gelid Tranquillo Rev 2 (€26 here) would be your best bet. (If you can find it that is) A Scythe Mugen B (eol though) does great too, but it's slightly bigger than the rest. Otherwise, a 212+/EVO (€25-ish here) should get you up to 4.5GHz too. 08-12-2012, 07:17 AM
Is this also a good air cooler?-> http://www.amazon.fr/Thermalright-Ventil...478&sr=8-1

Anything I've listed is much cheaper and better than the Macho.
They should be pretty available too. (Except for the Tranquillo maybe) 08-14-2012, 04:47 AM

Is this cooler-> http://www.alternate.de/html/product/inf...ame=cpufan better than the Noctua NH-D14 CPU Cooler?
The loudness of an cpu cooler isn't relevant for me.Only the power! |
