Is my computer good enough to run dolphin

Intel core 2 Quad Q8300 (2.5ghz)
1GB ram
1GB ati hd 4550
Is this good enough to run games like mario galaxy etc

Its windows xp (32bit) but i can always upgrade to 7 if needed

you should look into installing more ram into your computer...if you can tht is...you should have at least 2 ....but 1 might work for like half speed or 3/4 speed in some welly emulated games like super smash bros melee
