I'm using a OnePlus One with a Snapdragon 801. I always hear about how the GPU drivers are trash for this SoC, but I also hear that "xxxxx is better in the new Adreno xxxxx driver".
Q1: Is it possible to manually update my Adreno's graphics driver, or would I have to wait for a software update or use a custom kernel that would use this new driver?
Q2: I'm trying to determine my GPU driver version, the FAQ says:
"With v95 Qualcomm drivers, nearly all rendering bugs are gone.
You can determine your driver version in Dolphin Mobiles About page."
In the About page under the GLES2/GLES3 tab it says "OpenGL ES 3.0 V@66.0 AU@04.04.04.087.028 (CL@)" - Does this mean I am on v66 of the Qualcomm drivers?
Thanks,
Oscar
