Tried different Bluetooth Adapters, different sensor bars an different room position for that issues and having original and non-original Wii Motes
The IR-Pointer is some kind of "flickering" (like dropping in and out when pointing at something but not really dissappears) it can be reproduced by pointing on a head at the beginning of Super Mario Galaxy 1 +2 where you choose your save files and stay on it for a while or when you choose a galaxy and keep the pointer on it, the selected "heads" or "planets" are going "selected / not selected" as if the pointer would flicker but the pointer does not disappear.
This only happens with bluetooth-passthrough and is very noticable in Super Mario Galaxy 1 + 2
Maybe someone can confirm the issues to see if it is related to my system or if it is a general issues.
Added videos to show the issue:
1.
Pointer issues on the savegame screen:

2.
the pointer acting like it would be off the planet symbol when it "flickers" but the pointer is still pointed on the planet
3.
the "back button" showing the same problem:
