Hello! I'm Bowi!

I dumped my own games (and saves) using a Retrode on N64 and known methods on Wii. I recently set my computer to play N64 games with Mupen64Plus-Next using ParaLLEl RSP and RDP plugins and I loved it. Sadly, Ocarina of Time aged poorly (gameplay-wise) to be honest, so I decided to jump on the Dolphin train. While Twilight Princess is definitely ugly, I might have more fun with it.

So... Yeah... I hope some devs will see the potential of accurate/compatible emulation of Gamecube and Wii games, especially now with the lazy products from Nintendo for the 35th anniversary of Mario. People shouldn't have to rebuy old ROMs sold as "remasters" (or subscribe to EaaS plans) when they already own the same game and the original console. Until console manufacturers start offering better solutions for games and consumer's collection's preservation, I think emulator's developers have a awesome challenge to overcome.

Hi new here (hope this isn't against the reviving an old thread rules).

Lots of experience with different emulators. Zsnes and epsxe being personal favorites.
Pretty new to Dolphin, but interested in giving it a try.

Fav genres of games include rpgs, adventure titles and racing. Also love anime, and music (especially game soundtracks and remixes).
