-performs dramatically worse than the competition in nearly all applications for the same price
-performs worse than its predecessor in many applications
-consumes twice the power of the competition when OC
-runs hotter and tolerates less heat than the competition
-doesn't OC as well as the competition
-requires the use of all 8 cores to achieve the same performance that sandy bridge can get with 4 cores
and so on....
Bulldozer fails every definition that anyone has ever come up with for what makes a microarchitecture "good".
It doesn't even perform well in server applications, which is what it was designed for.
