How to run Metroid Prime 3 as smoothly as possible

I need to know what the best possible settings are to run the game and also the best possible version because I cant get it to run 100%

I hope that's outdated! You'll get much better results on the latest dev versions!

Anyway, there is a great deal of shader compilation stuttering in the prime games, but especially metroid prime 3. The best way to minimize that is to build up a shader cache (basically stick to a single dolphin build while playing the game).

There is no magic "make it run perfect!" toggle in the settings. It is a hard game to emulate! The shader cache compilation issue is a fundamental issue related to the differences between how the GC/Wii work and how PCs work. It's not going to be solved quickly. Sad You'll have to be patient.

Use the D3D backend since you're running an AMD card. That will help slightly.
