ummm... i don't know how....
just playing check out my guide in the svn dissucsion forum it called how to really speed up fps in dolphin or something like that

i need help iv downloaded dolphin 3.0 and i have dragonball z budokai tenkaichi 3 but it dosent run at full speed it only runs at full speed when its on the menu can someoneh elp fix this problem and my computer specs are
