help dolphin emulator dont work

when i wanna start doplhin emulator i get this error:





in english:

[color=#FF0000]The application failed to start because VCOMP100.DLL was not found. Reinstalling the application may produce correct the problem

i tryed every version of dolphine but still not working =.=
