what is the best build to play eternal darkness and actually complete it without sound problems or graphic glitches?

Well, you can't really be sure what build is best for which games, unless you need a specific build for a certain game.
The best option is to try the latest revision first, if it has glitches/bugs, try an older one, or look for a specific build for that game. If none of the builds are bug-free, you can submit the bug and just be patient, it'll be fixed sooner or later
