Sometimes GPUs aren't fully utilized while running Dolphin (as in they idle when they shouldn't). Make sure to set your GTX 660 to High Performance mode or something to that effect.I have set my pc to high performance mode but it seems to offer little difference. As for CPU-Z, I don't know a tone about computers so I'm not really sure what a lot these are so it is kinda hard for me to do this stuff with my limited knowledge.

Download this and run it while you're emulating a game.

Everything looks good to go there. Next thing I'd look at is your GPU. There's another program called GPU-Z (Google it). Do the same thing. Run it while you're emulating and post the screenshot.

GPU isn't hitting its max clock, but it's also not under full load either. I'm at a loss to explain this problem.

When ever I was around street lights in the dark and they we emitting light the game would drop its frames to like 15%. 10-25-2013, 07:39 AM
Do you have the latest Nvidia drivers from their site? Have you tried using OpenGL with the vertex streaming hack enabled?

Set Dolphin to use max performance *in the Nvidia drivers*. If it's not hitting max GPU clockspeed, you need to kick its ass into doing that.

My drivers are up to date and I don't know anymore. |
