I have mario party 9 on dolphin(and physically). However, my wii remote has no pointer and the sensor doesn't work. I was told you could just use your wii sensor bar, but that doesn't seen to work. Any ideas/tips? (Unless I have to, i prefer to not go down the candle route)

How are you using your Wii sensor bar? You should only need a way to power it. However, if you have it connected to a Wii U, it will not be powered unless a game is running, or it is actively being used.

So I'm running a wii u game on my wii u while running mario psety 9 and it works. However, it only responds when it is being pointed away from the sensor bar. I really want to look at my monitor while I play this(obvisouly). So is there a way to recenter it? 06-13-2024, 05:16 AM
If you have a Wii U, you should run any Wii software to make sure the sensor bar is powered. Running a Wii U game doesn't help.
