HDD are so cheap these days never hurts to have plenty of space, although I don't get why you'd spend twice as much on a 3tb drive when you can get them for $99, especially when you have a SSD as your primary. I have a 2TB drive in my PC and use a 1TB external laptop drive connected to the bluray player with a crap load of movies on it. I then back those two drives up to a 3TB drive in my computer.
Then to round it all up I have a 3TB external HDD which has a backup of my backup drive which I keep offsite so that if my house burns down, or my pc gets stolen I still have everything. It also means I have a 3 copies of everything so losing anything is extremely unlikely.
Say no to Nvidia Shield
I heard Splashtop ( Splashtop Streamer and App) is a good software to stream gaming .I tried it out Overall , it does stream HD content . However , you need a good WIFI router . Fortunately , my router is quite fast enough to handle it Spoiler: Laptop: Youtube Channel (Vintage Tech/Watches) :: 02-02-2014, 05:03 PM
Dat massive amount of ramen.
That looks pretty good. Is that a DS3 controller synced with Bluetooth to your phone? Do you have any specific numbers as to how many mbps it supports up to? I need to get myself a smartphone at some point now lol. Also, AMD has released the 14.1 Beta drivers with Mantle support. Get them here. 02-02-2014, 05:09 PM

Or two inches away. Worst case, if you sit there long enough, you'll get some eye strain. That will go away completely shortly after you stop staring at the screen. That will also happen if you stare at anything for too long, and is not specific to tvs/monitors. You will not damage your eyes no matter how closely or how long you look at a tv. |
