So it's cool that Dolphin supports a lot of cool features that make the game better than it originally did, but I want to emulate the game to the point where it looks exactly like how it did in the original version, jagged edges and all! How do I do this? Do the default Dolphin graphics already set this up? Or do I need to change some settings?
Getting graphics to be exactly like how they are originally.

Default settings are made for the game to look like it was originally.
Unfortunately, not all the games work well with them (Zelda Wind Waker with HLE audio seems to have lots of probs). Rig 1: Windows 10 Home | AMD A6-1450 @ 600/1000/1400 MHz | AMD Radeon HD Graphics 8250 | 4GB RAM | HP Pavilion TouchSmart 11.
Rig 2: Windows 10 Pro | Intel Core i7-2640M @ 780/2800/3500 MHz | Intel HD 3000 Mobile | 8GB RAM | Dell Latitude 6320.

By default, the rendering resolution is determined by the size of the window (though it's rendered as a multiple of the native resolution instead of at the exact size of the window), thus DJBarry is wrong (as usual). He's also wrong about the default settings breaking Wind Waker – LLE is forced on for that game, so while HLE *is* the default, there are exceptions that make the default settings fine 95% of the time.
If you want the game to look just like on a real GameCube, set "Internal Resolution" in Graphics > Enhancements to "1x Native (640x528)". It won't render at a higher resolution if you specify the resolution like this, even if you resize the window or go into fullscreen.

Thanks for the answer! Also I downloaded the latest Dolphin version and by default the internal resolution is actually set to 1x Native (640x528). 12-10-2013, 10:34 AM
I'm pretty sure that 1x isn't the default, "Auto (Multiple of 640x528)" is, and it definitely hasn't changed recently. Be aware that, as of 4.0, your settings are kept in /Users/you/My Documents/Dolphin Emulator/ so upgrading Dolphin doesn't wipe your settings.
