The sound issue seems to be partially fixed, I only get it in certain areas now. Not that of a big deal since saving and starting again fixes it.

Xtreme2damax,if you lose 15 fps does that mean huryle field is running at 15 fps then ? If it is,something is wrong with your computer because I have core 2 duo too and lowest I got is like 20 fps. It's not much dirrerence, but when fps is that low,5 fps is big dirrerence.
Bottom line, you should not be getting 15 fps anywhere 10-05-2009, 07:51 AM
I am getting horrible FPS in hyrule field and in hyrule castle. I am done with the second dugeon. Up this far there have been no major dropdowns, but right now is unplayable (9-7) fps. Anyone knows if is an issue with the older revs? I am using the direct plugin with the bleach versus crusade hack.

Hey krypking, can I ask you what kind of frame rate you're getting? I'm look at your signature, and we have virtually the same rig. Only difference is your video card is weaker than mine, while I'm using XP 32 bit.

Hi, im new on this forum.
I need some advice on what to do. Im using at the moment the last version of Orleans build and after reading "a lot" in these forum about the best tips for playing Zelda TP (dolphin config, etc) i still cant seem to have more than 7 - 10 fps in Hyrule filed after goron mines, the other zones plays pretty decent "20-30 fps". My Pc specs are: Windows Vista Ultimate 64, Athlon 64 x2 6000+ 3.1Ghz, 4 GB Ram, Geforce 8800Gt 512mb. Im using the dx9 plugin, aa and all filters disabled, lowest res, and the DSP other sound, etc. Even after clicking on the game properties with the "Enable Dual Core, Enable Idle Skipping, TLB Hack, Optimize Quantizers, Unlimited Jit Cache and Zelda Twilight Princess Bloom Hack" on (still cant see the difference in the little mark filled with the blue or the "check" mark), cant see to get a boost in the fps as a lot of ppl get while using those tips, particularly in the hyrule field. Any help or tip will be greatly appreciated. 10-07-2009, 07:12 AM

I'm using the same settings, but I'm getting pretty good fps now. I set frame limiter to 35 instead of 30 and switched to full screen mode and that fixed it. It's about 28 fps now in Hyrule Field and Faron Woods where I was having the most trouble. 10-07-2009, 07:32 AM
The thing is that i have my frame limiter to off and im playing in full screen, still getting 10 fps at hyrule.
What version of dolphin are you using? I already done that, see where i wrote all filters disabled, "Im using the dx9 plugin, aa and all filters disabled, lowest res, and the DSP other sound, etc."
