Zelda: TP runs at 30 FPS (NTSC) and 25 FPS (Pal) for full speed, limiting it to 50 FPS and 60 FPS would make the game run too fast.

This is one of my most favourite games ever for the Wii, and all of my friends make fun of me because I like it so much because it's 'too old'. But I consider these games to be Golden Oldies. I would recommend this game to anyone if u have a wii so I definitively suggest u pick it up.

Question, GC version runs fine for me using Marios 5300 built. But I get a couple of slowdowns in the very beginning in the game. When I'm in Faron woods, the game doesn't run at 100% anymore. It varies at 78% to 83%. And when I fight like 1 or 2 monsters, the game slows down. Could it be the the built? My computer? or is that how it usually runs. I have a dual core @ 2.8ghz, with nvidia 9500gt video card. And yea, I am using Direct graphics plugin.

Faron woods, kakariko village, lake hylia (top sections), hyrule fields (later in the game) are all places that will exhibit slowdowns. You either need an insanely powerful cpu or settings that are optimized completely towards performance rather than stability/proper emulation (this will create lots of problems) in order to run every single area in twilight princess at full speed.

I didin't want to play TP in a T.V. so I ripped it from my friend and wanted to play it on my PC, which made my gaming experience much worse. :(((((((
I'll update the first post very soon, a lot of changes have been made since then... 04-11-2010, 02:34 AM
Revision 5312 seems to fix the cutscene music, although I haven't tested it extensively.

Well, we need the slowdown issue to be solved, and I don't think it's lack of performance or so...

Quote:Well, we need the slowdown issue to be solved, and I don't think it's lack of performance or so... By lack of performance do you mean lack of cpu throughput? Or do you mean you think the slowdowns are a bug (already confirmed)? Edit: What I meant is the cutscene music has been fixed but audio in general still has some remaining problems.
