Game freezes for me when I leave a certain area of the map and it tries to load the next section. I'm stuck at this point now, any settings I can alter for it to let me past?

I changed my version number in my additional info and that did nothing, I'll post settings later.

That bugged me a little too when I started playing. But it doesn't take to long to get used to.
On an unrelated note I just got to Hyrule field and didn't experience much of a slowdown! 07-06-2013, 07:01 PM
So I tried to play Twilight Princess last night , and due to this forum everything is going well. Except that I have to run it at 60 fps to get 30 fps haha and so forth and that the interface is at weird positions. (But the water works fine.) I looked for quite some time in the Zelda threads for this issue but found nothing, its not game breaking I'm just wondering if there is a fix.
So the issue is that when I change zones or walk into buildings, there is some cut scene that shows Link walking trough and fades to a color. Well this cut scene becomes 4:3 after 1 second, and does not stay widescreen, just annoying to watch. But wondering if there is a fix for this, or if its just happening to me, gonna submit a picture below how it looks and my settings. I run the game with swiss_dolphin_autoboot.dol , with widescreen hack for the water, but the same thing happens with the dolphin one. Well if there is no fix I can life with it , just wondering if there is. Here is the album: http://imgur.com/a/dYZl4 07-06-2013, 10:34 PM

There is no fix. When the game goes to those little cutscenes when entering new areas, it wants to use the aspect ratio that it was designed to use. Unfortunately, these hacks don't take every game situation into account.

i tried all the tips in here, and i'm still having issues.
these are my specs and configs, and it shows how low the fps is on my version. can anyone help me, please? i've tried changing the configs several times, from RAM to texture and back, and had the accuracy from anywhere from safe to fast. and the framerate is still so low that the game is unplayable. |
