Yes,to me also that happens, when I'm in Boss battle or with more then 4 or so enemies FPS drops to 45-50. Too bad, also I manage to use CPH for ToS,on D3D 9 it works nice,I tried with OpenGL to see about those slowdowns still the same, and there is some kind of line going ''through'' the screen when I move.

Whenever I attempt to download this, I come across a major problem. The only thing I can extract from the .RAR files I download are "Disc Image Files", in WinRAR all the files have different names but when they get extracted to a folder they are all called the same thing. When I extract them all a second time all of the .RAR files just generate a "Disc Image File" instead of a ".GCM" file :/. Yes I own a physical copy of this game, just my driver can't read it so I chose to download it. Does anyone know how to solve this problem? I've tried with this game, Wind Waker, and Paper Mario, it happened with them all.

Piracy is against the forum rules (which you should read before randomly posting anywhere, by the way).
... and people who supported this particular one have been warned off. 04-05-2012, 03:43 AM
Ymm I'm having Phenom II x3 3,6ghz, and got lots of slow downs during battles, or if too many NPC are at the screen same time.
What would be best rev for this? 04-05-2012, 03:46 AM
If you want a really fast Dolphin revision, i can recommend the r6515. -> http://www.dolphin-emu.org/download.html?list=66
But i don't know, if this revision is compatible with ToS. Just try it and if this revision don't work for ya, try the official 3.0 release of Dolphin. btw: You can also try to overclock your CPU 04-05-2012, 04:04 AM
Hehe this CPU normally runs at 2,8 ghz, this is all I can get out of this. Tried 6515, but could not get it work with LLE.
Btw. something really weird happened. All the ghosting this game has disappeared, it's crystal clear everywhere now. No idea what I did. It looks incredible. :O Any further tips with perfomance? I could try with 3.0 next. 04-10-2012, 12:07 PM

I updated to the newest Dolphin emulator and when I tried to open my old save state a message came up saying that the memory card was corrupt and needed to be formatted. Is there any way to fix this while also keeping my old save file? I'd prefer not to have to track all the way back to balacruf.

Savestates from different versions are not compatible with each other.
In addition, savestates shouldn't be used frequently as they are not reliable. You should save in the game first, then copy over your memorycard from User/GC over to the same directory in the new build. |
