Should be. If you have any graphical problems playing the game, you may want to use BootCamp to install Windows or Linux since Apple can't write a good OpenGL graphics driver.

hello folks,
first post here, I hope it is in the right place. First I have to give many kudos to all the developers of dolphin, it is really an amazing piece of software. Now I would like to ask some advice on how to run Mario sunshine on a laptop with an Intel i3 and Intel HD 520 graphic card. At the moment I have managed to run it at 30 FPS at 720 P, but as soon as I either activate the 60 FPS or the 1080p, the frame rate just does not hold up. I have read some people suggesting installing a previous dolphin version, 3.5, or playing around with other settings like the CPU speed, but I am not having any luck. I imagine most people here might have a dedicated graphic card but if anybody can provide some info that would be really appreciated. 60 FPS does not even work at the native resolution. Perhaps 30 FPS at 720 P is the limit for this machine? 01-06-2018, 12:34 PM
NEED HELP!
so I got a code for 60fps and it runs the game fine! BUT! the cutscenes SLOW DOWN like at 5fps even when the fps counter shows over 1000fps. Am I the only one with this problem? Someone please help 01-25-2018, 11:04 AM
I get this error (as well 3-4 others that just change the end of the first line)
Whenever I start a new level/beat a level "Invalid Write to 0xff6a00c8, PC = 0x801361e4" What's in parenthesis of my first line is saying that the line of code ending in the 00c8 usually just changes the last 2 digits but the code otherwise is the same error. My Dolphin General settings are: Enable dual core, Enable cheats, normal speed, JIT Recompiler. Use Panic Handlers, Show on-screen messages, Show active title in window title, use built-in database of game names. DSP HLE Emulation and XAudio 2 for sound. Now for the graphics settings: Direct 3D 11, My GT 710 graphics card, Show FPS and hide mouse cursor. Internal resolution 2x, No AA, Anisotropic 2x, Ubershaders Hybrid, Scaled EFB copy, Forced 24-bit color, Deposterize. Hacks: Fast EFB Access, Ignore format changes, store EFB copies to texture only, disabled external frame buffer, texture cache is halfway between safe and fast, and then Fast Depth Calculation. If needed, I can take several screenshots of the errors when they popup. This doesn't crash the game at all, it just kind of slows down progression for like 1-2 minutes
You're using a fork of Dolphin and we don't support forks. You'll need to ask for help in the maintainer's thread.

I can test on the other version of Dolphin I have (the official one - don't remember the version I have) and see if the same thing occurs. Also, what do you mean by fork? Never heard that term before.
A fork is a separate codebase from the officially developed one. That is to say, Ishiiruka is a separate, independent codebase from Dolphin. Tino is the maintainer, and he decides what gets worked on, what features and fixes get coded. It's basically his project, and that's okay because that's how open-source stuff is supposed to work. These forums only provide support for the official builds, since we decided long ago that we don't want to support different forks that aren't maintained or overseen by the Dolphin developers. That responsibility lies with the people actually making the forks (again, Tino in this case).

However I tested it on my other current version of Dolphin (5.0-6229) and I keep getting those errors I mentioned in a post above. Attached are the 4 errors as .jpegs. I tested it in all areas but only took a screenshot of the start of the game. (The errors are the same no matter where I go, and even for secret levels) [attachment=16798] [attachment=16799] [attachment=16800] [attachment=16801] Those are, in order, the screenshots of the errors. Too bad, as far as I can tell, there isn't a spoiler entry available like in some forums as to make this a cleaner post. 01-26-2018, 08:45 AM
Right click on the game in the gamelist > Properties > Info > Calculate MD5
