For anyone running this game at 3 times native or higher, what are your specs and are you using any specific settings? I can't seem to run this above 2 times native at full speed. I'm using a 4670k at 4.3 Ghz and a GTX 760, as well as the latest dev version of Dolphin.

Your gpu is probably going into low power mode when running dolphin, enforce high performance in the nvidia drivers, see the https://dolphin-emu.org/docs/faq/#my-lap...-it-should.

I ran 4.0.2 with dolphin normal settings at 4 x resolution using DX11, I had no problems whatsoever. Your hardware is more than good enough to run at max quality.

Yeah I had found out that that was the issue. It runs great now on 4x native and 4x AA.

************ This may be related to the audio question a few posts back. Last night I was setting up this game on Dolphin so that I can play it with the widescreen hack. Because of the double-vision / ghosting glitch that shows up during a heat wave with widescreen hack enabled, I activated the cheat below, as explained in the wiki: Code: The following AR codes work as a widescreen hack for the NTSC version of the game. Be sure that "Enable cheats" is on in the game menu, "Force 16:9" is selected in the graphics options, and "Widescreen Hack" is selected in the graphics enhancements options! That seemed to correct the ghosting glitch but it causes the audio to drop out in less than an minute of play time. This happens in Delfino plaza after an in-game PA or broadcast message appears. Is this a known widescreen hack issue or might I have yet another issue that I could correct some other way? Thanks. ************ Update: Problem narrowed down to the combination of vsync on and DSP HLE. Is anybody experiencing the same audio drop with that combination?

I've spent 2 hours reading thru two of the threads on this site and I updated to a new version of Dolphin and made an account and all this and as it turns out all I had to do was use a button I haven't been using the whole game. I love you brother 10-17-2014, 08:28 PM

With all the fast action in F-Zero GX, I hardly notice it. On the other extreme, I find it very distracting on Soul Calibur II but fortunately that game works very well with vsync activated. I would say Mario Sunshine is somewhere between those two...

Man, I can't live without V-Sync...
With audio drop outs, do you mean music just stops playing? Or just wobbly audio due to performance drops?
