That's odd; I guess a recent change affected Sonic Heroes for the worse. Some 5000 revisions ago, using an IR above 1x worked fine, and only AA caused the black floors problem. Now using an IR above 1x doesn't work anymore.

Graphic issue with black areas appearing on the terrain has emerged again. I am using Dolphin 4.0-9050. The issue happens on all backends, OpenGL, Direct3D 11, and Direct3D 12.

What do you mean "again"? I thought it never went away, particularly if you used IR above 1x or enabled AA. Have you found the most recent build where there were no black floors?

Have you found the most recent build where there were no black floors? Lol, it did go away, that issue was fixed in 4.0-1474, but it's back again. Something that was changed broked it. And I believe it was the same issue that was fixed "Merge pull request 3306 from neonbrain/pixel_center_correction VertexShaderGen: Correct vertex shader output to consider shifted pixel centers. https://dolphin-emu.org/download/dev/master/4.0-1474/ 05-11-2016, 04:22 AM
I have controller issues at Hang Castle level. I don't know about next levels, but i know that previous levels are fine. My dolphin version is 4.0-9308. I heard that this issue was fixed by 4.0-8586.

Add the following on the Wiki:
As of dolphin-master-5.0-7982-x64 Sonic Heroes requires "GPU Texture Decoding" in order to fix the depth issue. https://imgur.com/a/QezNVkm Edit: Sonic Adventure DX, Sonic Adventure 2 Battle and Eternal Darkness has the same depth issue and it happens with all backends.
