I get a weird character shadow glitch, where your shadow is duplicated infinitely, appearing on two axes of the game world and spaced out evenly. Not at my PC so I cant show it.

yep... those 2 things make it really hard to play in d3d... the shadows get me distracted and when you can't see your character because of blocks it becomes a problem

This is probably one of the fastest games i've played on my average PC specs. It's smooth as silk. Granted, i played it on native resolution. But it works really fast on both the D3D plugin AND the slower OpenGL one. I'm stunned, and it works at a flawless 60 frames per second. Rarely does it EVER drop, and only like 2-3 frames at the most.

AMD Athlon II X2 250 @3ghz
2GB DDR2 ram
Radeon 4350
---------------
Dolphin SVN Rev 4726 32bit (will try 64bit soon when i install windows 7)
Sonic Adventure 2 Battle (NTSC)
Most normal options ticked, framerate limited to 60fps. Doesn't even need frameskipping.
---------------
I've got one of the weaker GPU's out there nowadays, so I'm assuming the game is mostly CPU dependent (and not very stressful either). The funny thing is that this game actually looks and even plays better than on any Dreamcast emulators.

And yeah, the D3D plugin gives some weird errors, some of which can be mildly annoying. Sparks flying from rail grinding and from the "snowboarding" parts appear as huge cubes as big as the character themselves. They should be tiny sparks only pixels in size. I also get a weird glitches where the character shadows seem to replicate a few feet away from each other. You should be able to see all the glitches in the attached screenshot.

And people have already mentioned the text glitch in the chao garden, it only appears there it seems. And then, the sound glitch in the mech levels. The sound stops after a while though, and it seems to terminate when a new level loads.

Sorry for the low resolution of the game, my GPU isn't strong, so i play in native-

I actually prefer to play this in Dolphin than NullDC. NullDC has an annoying control glitch that appeared in the new version. Makes you veer a little to the left while running. OpenGL plays the game glitch free (beside the text glitch, which appears to be a core issue), and fast.

Video card.
Mine starts getting slowdowns from 1280x1024 and up, imagine a GF6600.

Yeah, my graphics card is bad in itself, and gives slowdowns in some of the more stressful games at native resolution (not Sonic though). I assume a Geforce 6600 is even worse. You should upgrade. I plan on doing that myself, bad GPU's sort of bottleneck your CPU, and your CPU is pretty decent, better than mine.
