[GC] F-Zero GX

hey guys I just want to report some slow downs on build 7229:
here are my settings. Video card is a ATI4850 so how do you make f zero dolphin run faster? 03-25-2011, 01:00 AM
Would just like to confirm that F-Zero does not work with the latest revision: 7409
With dual core disabled, it works, but obviously, extremely slow. With it enabled, I can get it to boot randomly, but its seems to reboot itself just as the intro screen starts. 03-25-2011, 01:29 AM

I did a test with XFB virtual on and it did get additional boost of around 5 frames. thanks for the tips. 03-26-2011, 09:26 PM
I test the settings and its sightly faster. the game now averages around 35 fps and it slows down to 19 on rare occasions. It its fast but not as fast as a gamecube. Maybe its dolphin slowing the game down.
I'm suing build 7229. 03-27-2011, 01:10 AM
well... i dont see a video card listed in your sig. maybe your video card is not keeping up? or maybe your cpu need overclocking.

My video cards fine. It's an ATI 4850, one of the best video card of 2009. It still hold well against card like the 5770
http://alienbabeltech.com/main/ati-radeo...nce-test/4 http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gami...676-7.html My processes is a quad core running at 2.6GHZ. I don't think my pc needs overclocking. I'm running on windows xp 32 maybe that has some effect on performance? |
