The 16:9 code is not working properly on my NTSC-U copy of Pikmin. UI elements in particular are noticeably stretched.

Hey there, someone on the Discord server I'm in managed to restore a native widescreen support for NASCAR 2005: Chase for the Cup which was originally unused. Perhaps this page can be updated with the said cheat if possible, it's only for 16:9 currently. Would love to see someone make one for other aspect ratios too.
Nascar 2005: Chase for the Cup: 16:9 Widescreen mode (AR Code) 041C6864 38600001 041C6868 60630001 040C05C8 EDBEE828 04271508 3F128F5C You can thank Aero for his work on the codes. 02-11-2022, 08:29 AM
I would like them to make a gecko code from Resident Evil 2 60Hz that works on Nintendont, the one from 3 and Code Veronica worked, on Nintendont this 60Hz code leaves the screen enlarged and cuts the bottom and top

Here's a Gecko code I made to add 32:9 ultrawide to F-Zero GX. You need only enable "widescreen" in the in-game options to enable it.
This is for the US version of the game (GFZE01). Works really well in single-player, as well as split-screen! Code: 48000000 800030c8 Splitscreen: 05-18-2022, 10:59 PM
Please make a widescreen patch for Silent Hill Shattered Memories Wii. In-game widescreen simply crop the picture from the top and bottom.

Can someone please make a Widescreen 16:9 Action Replay code for the NTSC-U versions of Metroid Prime 1 and 2?

For everyone asking how to make your own AR Codes for widescreen/phone compatibility here is a little Tutorial on how to do it the quick and dirty way (for most games).
First lets look on a known AR Code and identify its components.
For example:
Twilight Princess (USA)
$19.5:9 (2340x1080) ---> (Code name chosen by the author recognizable by the $-Symbol which initiates the Code)
0445391C 400AAAAB ---> (Adress); (Value) For the name you can choose what ever you think would fit, just remember it has to start with the $-Symbol. This initiates your AR Code.
Next you have to have the Adress of the Value you want to adjust. In our case the one that adjust the aspect ratio. The Adress is represented by the first 8 digits of the code.
Now we have to translate the display resolution and aspect ratio into a Value Dolphin/GC is able to read
So you take your display resolution which in my case is 2340 by 1080p, which correlates to a 19.5 : 5 aspect ratio.
Now we need the decimal representation of that aspect ratio. To get this number we simply divide the horizontal pixel by the vertical pixel quantity.
2340 / 1080 = 2.166666667
The code we need for the AR-code is a hexadecimal representation of a single precision IEEE 754 number. The hex code has a total of eight places. Which tells us it has to be a 32bit ( single precision ) IEEE 754 number. Eight places X 4 bit each = 32bit.
Now we take this number ( 2.166666667) and just use a konverter. You can easily find one online. I used this one
This one directly gives you the hexadecimal code. But let's assume it doesn't and you now have a binary code in IEEE 754 32bit
0100 0000 0000 1010 1010 1010 1010 1011
Now we can simply translate that code looking at it in 4bit chunks ( simply 4 places because it's binary) and transfer it to the corresponding hex number. You can find tables online for example.
So in our case:
0100 = 4
0000 = 0 0000 = 0 1010 = A 1010 = A 1010 = A 1010 = A 1011 = B So the value for our screen aspect ratio as a AR Code is 400AAAAB
Hope this will help. Note this way doesn't affect 2D-elements of the UI. If u allready have a AR code for lets say for "16:9"--> Value = , just replace it with the one you need.
Here some aspect ratio Values at a glance:
16:9 ---> 3FE38E39
16:10 ---> 3FCCCCCC
21:9 ---> 40155555
20:9 (most phones) ---> 400E38E3

couldn't you make 16:9 code for Resident Evil 0, 1, 2, 3, Code Veronica (a version 2) and 4?

Ralph posted new PAL codes for Wind Waker that doesn't stretch the 2D elements. They're superlong.
https://www.gc-forever.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=38 The new versions are v2.3.1de for 16:9 and 32:9. I was wondering if someone here could port them to 20:9
