The Xbox One doesn't have enough cpu power to run games properly. Did you read about amd cpus being bad(before Ryzen)? That's about 4 Ghz amd cpus, not about 1,75 Ghz ones like the Xbox One has. There are likely to be other issues, like programming limitations that prevent to use the x64 JIT.

It doesn't matter how many cores it has. Dolphin only has two heavy-duty cores it can use, and even those aren't always running at full capacity since one has to wait for the other.

Um, that's not how computers work. If it was, bulldozer would have been amazing! And Intel certainly wouldn't be the king of gaming with 4 core CPUs.

Anyway, Dolphin relies on IPC, not core count.
