For those that cant run the emulator and are looking for the api-ms-win dll's for 64bit Windows OS.
Extract the dll's into the program's folder.

i.e. C:\Program Files\Dolphin\

Or just get the VC++ Runtimes (2015 and 2017)...

Yea um, we really don't want users downloading the DLL. It is *much* better to download the runtimes! Not only is it very likely that a single DLL or two won't solve a particular issue, there is also the chance that the DLLs have been altered and are a security concern! Using the proper runtime avoids all of those issues!

I know you were trying to be helpful, but there are also some license concerns, so I'm removing the attached DLL files.
