Well i want to buy a new computer and it has an amd processor phenom II p820 1.8 mhz, and i want to know if the dolphin will work in this processor...

First of all, you mean 1800 MHz. I just looked the CPU up. That's 1.8 GHz. Secondly, I never knew they made CPUs like these - 3 cores that run at such a low speed ( 1.8 GHz ), but it has a pretty fast FSB ( 3.6 GHz ), so, hey, it might work alright. Check out this little blurb about that CPU..
