Number 1 has happened to me since the beginning. I'm used to it lol

Dolphin sure loves to crash a lot.

Does anyone else find that Dolphin crashes *every single time* you exit, prompting Windows to end the process forcefully?? This has been happening with every revision i've tried (dozens). I'm using Windows 7 64-bit, Intel Core2 Quad CPU Q6600@2.4ghz, 4gb RAM, Nvidia GeForce GTX460 1gb.
It's a nightmare because some settings will fail to save because the lack of a proper shutdown (assuming this is why anyway...). 01-30-2011, 06:02 AM
Can memory leaks cause crashes?

Yes, sometimes.

It happens to me sometimes if I stop emulation and try to load another game. I also get a crash after compressing a few images (usually 3 - 5 images) then when I try to compress another image the emulator crashes. The other day I was trying to compress 19 images of mine, I queued them up and little over midway through, before the last few images the emulator kept crashing so I had to compress each image one by one.

Pcsx2 used to crash like how Dolphin is now but that problem seems to be fixed since 2010 for pcsx2.
Note to Devs: Check for any possible memory leakage in any forms or manners.

It's not due to memory leaks... it's some wx stuff since the freeze on stop issue was caused by a wx commit which changed everything to a CFrame and stuff...

I forgot to mention that sometimes I get hanging or crashes when I stop emulation or press escape.
