From the progress report paragraph on this, I understood that AF exacerbated the problem with custom mipmaps before this recent update, but did it not mention that even after the fix it would cause problems.
Are you suggesting we should turn off AF for games with custom mipmaps?
I tested the feature on SMG2 and the skies look fine with 16x AF, although I did not test the lava zoom-in effect shown in the progress report.
