It works well on my Desktop with 8 Go of RAM so I don't see why it shouldn't on my 12 Go RAM laptop.
After investigation, the problem seems to be rather related to the fact that the game constantly calls SD card content (I'm playing Smash Bros Legacy XP). But yet again, my Desktop don't stutter like my laptop does. GDDR3 latency maybe ?
If I disable HD textures and play regular Brawl, it works fine.
