Dolphin familiarization and various questions

PC Specs:
CPU: i2500K @ 4.8Ghz
RAM: 8 gigs
VIDEO: GTX 470
OS: Windows 7 64 bit

Using dolphin version 3.0-204 primarily, occasionally 3.0.

Decided to finally try the program. I dislike how the wiimote controller works. (Mainly I just loathe the batteries and wish there was a better solution), so I've been trying to get my DS3 to work with it's motion support, and maybe pair that with the mouse or something. Anyone found an acceptable combination or will I eventually need to resort to using the wiimote anyway at some point? Getting things such as forward and backwards spatially recognized seems difficult even with keyboard scalar input.

Some of my games have some weird bugs as well, and searching on the solutions doesn't seem to work or I can't find the suggested options.

Pandora's Tower: The kanji seems to be skipped over in the dialogue. Tweaking fixes some but not others.

Ju-on (JP): Black screen on start, can't find any of the mentioned solutions to fix it.

Sonic Colors/Kirby: Player model's polygons tend to have a ton of seams. This seems solved by reducing AA to nil, but I was wondering if there are other preferred solutions or what other tweaks I can try.

And finally, is there anywhere, maybe in each game's respective ini file, that I can set various graphical/audio settings so that they are optimal on a per game basis, without having to manually switch the settings when I go to load up the game?

What mentioned solutions can't you find for Ju-on?
For ini files look into Dolphin folder/user/GameConfig

For Juon:
System Language: Japanese (this is important - every other language will cause the game to go black screen after Dolphin's done loading)
Checking NTSC-J in the options doesn't seem to solve this issue, and:
Unlimited JIT Cache (this is important - if you don't check it, Dolphin will crash before the game's even loaded) doesn't seem to be an option that exists anymore.

And I've seen the ini files (It's more sensible to get there from right clicking the specific game in the dolphin gui than figure out from the ini files directly), but is there ways to code in things such as native resolution and EFB texture caching and so forth in those?
