I've now tried to remove the save file from Mario Party 4, but it still didn't work, but I have a theory that some save file is maybe corrupting the entire memory card file, but i don't really know
Dolphin doesn't overwrite savefiles

It still didn't work even after i removed the entire memory card file and made a new file, so I really don't know what the problem is :/

Unfortunately the code for writing to the memory card file doesn't actually check if it was successful before throwing up the message that it was successfully written (apparently checking return values is for chumps).
Possibly there's something unique about the filesystem on your secondary HDD that makes writing fail when a file is opened using read+write mode and a write is done immediately without seeking or flushing beforehand. Dolphin's code should be changed to use write only mode instead since the raw memory card file is only being written, not read at that point. 06-25-2015, 11:55 PM

The only uniqe thing is that it's a RAID 0 with two hard drives, nothing else, but it seems like it just suddently became a problem, because it woked fine not so long ago, but now it seems to be a problem even on versions that prevously worked like 4.0-5110 whitch i just tried
Probably best to create a new issue on the tracker about it (with a link to this thread): https://code.google.com/p/dolphin-emu/issues/list
If it has no difficulty creating new files it should also work if the code is changed from read+write to write-only mode like I suggested. 06-27-2015, 06:20 AM

I've now tried with version 4.0-6889 and disabled my anti-virus program, and it still didn't work

New update
It still didn't work after I've moved the Global Memory Card folder to the C:\ drive, and I used 4.0-6934 I both edited it in regedit and in the memory card option in Dolphin 07-11-2015, 03:37 AM
It still didn't work with 4.0-6988, and I've started to think it has something to do with Dolphin crashing every time I close a game
