SSE4A belong to AMD,SSE4.1 belong to Intel.Those build support SSE3,SSE4.1,SSE4.2.You can't use SSE4.1;SSE3 only .Because those build are multipath selection ,it will auto select to you

i do not see difference in sse3 and without it are svn builds without sse3?i compared sse3 build with those.
maybe win7 64 is using max as it can already?
