theres not many good intros that arent random for good testing. for this one i used twilight princess. i tried to stress the emulator as much as possible: idle skipping off, framelimit off, cpu>efb access on, efb to ram, audio throttle off.
icc sse3 build: Frames, Time (ms), Min, Max, Avg 1817, 68962, 23, 29, 26.348 vcc regular build: Frames, Time (ms), Min, Max, Avg 1819, 74890, 22, 28, 24.289 btw my cpu has sse4.1 but not 4.2 so i could only use the sse3 build ps. i still cant get it to build myself in visual studio. ![]() 01-27-2010, 02:07 PM
dude i just started compiling my own builds!
![]() but with visual express 2008 and in 32 bit form (64 bit aren't compiling right for me) ![]() so your 64 vs my 32 bit is a 10 FPS difference! your 32 vs my 32 is a 7 FPS difference! so is intel C++ a better compiler than visual express 2008? is intel c++ free so i can compile with that?
