I have successfully gotten dolphin 4.0 x86 to run on Windows 10 on a Raspberry Pi 3 B. It is now possible to install a full version of Windows 10 ARM64 on a Raspberry Pi 3 B/B+. Even though I got it running, it was pretty much unplayable. I was getting around 5 to 7 FPS. Apparently, since it is Windows ARM, it runs 32-bit programs in an emulator, so you are essentially running an emulator in an emulator. Even though it is extremely slow, it is still pretty cool to have dolphin working on an RPi.

If you do try this, download Windows 10 build 1709. I had some issues with 1809. The process does seem a bit sketchy at first glance, but the iso file is downloaded from Microsoft's servers.
