Dolphin 2.0 Cheats Are Broken

The cheat system in Dolphin 2.0 isn't working. I have enabled cheats in the Config, I've tried enabling AR logging. When I try to add the codes in the config(right click a game, properties), the file saves, I try to find the cheats, there are none. So I tried adding the cheats by GUI, and it doesn't let me type.

Won't let you type? Wtf? Ok try running Dolphin as Administrator, maybe this will fix it.
And did you press the add button :p.

Found the problem. Apparently my download got corrupted o.0
