Heyo everyone,
A few times now I've tried using the development builds of Dolphin so I can catch up with the latest improvements, but every time the same bug occurs. I've tried builds from the 100 and 400 sections, and most recently version 5.0-715 is showing the exact same bug. Any Wii game I run in fullscreen has a black screen, and Dolphin eventually stops responding.
No matter what game I pick or what development version, they always crash.
Gamecube games seem to work completely fine, and if I don't start Dolphin in Fullscreen mode then the Wii games won't crash either. But i'd prefer to have Fullscreen working. For reference, I use the D3D11 Backend, with 3x native resolution and 4x MSAA.
edit: Enabling Render to main window appears to fix the problem entirely. Are there any limitations or problems with Render to main window that I should know about though?
