Crashing in fullscreen on all development builds. - DjBlades - 09-30-2016

Heyo everyone,
A few times now I've tried using the development builds of Dolphin so I can catch up with the latest improvements, but every time the same bug occurs. I've tried builds from the 100 and 400 sections, and most recently version 5.0-715 is showing the exact same bug. Any Wii game I run in fullscreen has a black screen, and Dolphin eventually stops responding.
No matter what game I pick or what development version, they always crash.
Gamecube games seem to work completely fine, and if I don't start Dolphin in Fullscreen mode then the Wii games won't crash either. But i'd prefer to have Fullscreen working. For reference, I use the D3D11 Backend, with 3x native resolution and 4x MSAA.

edit: Enabling Render to main window appears to fix the problem entirely. Are there any limitations or problems with Render to main window that I should know about though?

IIRC you need to do 1/all of these
non-d3d11
render to main window
start out of fullscreen and then go into

D3D has had no problems for me so far aside from this, so I'd rather keep it on, and I'd really prefer not having to manually fullscreen every time as I use a frontend to work Dolphin and it'd irritate my OCD Tongue
What would making it render to main window entail?

edit: Render to main window fixes it, can't see any problems with it. Are there any limitations or bugs or anything I should know about using Dolphin in this way?

It's (IIRC) a known regression with D3D that still hasn't been fixed.
