What tablet is it.It hard for us to help if we don't know the hardware or if it a 32,64, or window rt. It could be use a 32bit os (my previous window tablet did) and that isn't going to support any version past 4 and even then it probably won't work well anyways, nor would you get any support using a version that old. It also possible that it a windows rt which won't support dolphin either that I am aware of

And well, it´s not even supported anymore by MS (last update was a little more than 3 years ago). Rig 1: Windows 10 Home | AMD A6-1450 @ 600/1000/1400 MHz | AMD Radeon HD Graphics 8250 | 4GB RAM | HP Pavilion TouchSmart 11.
Rig 2: Windows 10 Pro | Intel Core i7-2640M @ 780/2800/3500 MHz | Intel HD 3000 Mobile | 8GB RAM | Dell Latitude 6320.

If the winbook is a TW series one (TW700, 801, 802, 100, ect.) Then it is using a cherry trail atom CPU (3735f) and if you did get dolphin to run (you have 32bit win 8.1 btw so only the very old versions would even start) then it would not perform well at all. The CPU can handle PS1 (with the right emulator), some titles in PPSSPP, and more retro systems (Snes, genesis, nes, ect.) but nothing much more powerful.
Personally on my tablet I have found that GC era PC ports do usually run ok even on the integrated GPU and low powered CPU for the most part. If the specs recommend a Pentium 4 and a 64MB graphics card, then it should run ok (at least 30 fps). 01-26-2019, 01:07 AM
i think i understand that your system has to meet some minimum requirements. in this case in tablet as not the pro version of iOs or some high-end samsung table is not going to work well
