Recently updated and this is an issue with Vulkan and AMD on secondary and duplicate monitor. Tried with with Direct3D 11, and it works fine. Definitely preferred running Vulkan for its improved performance.

Pretty sure we established in some older thread that something is wrong with your system and you should figure that out.
