Can't get 360 controller to work on Dolphin 3.0

I have a wireless 360 controller, Windows 7 64-bit, with Dolphin 3.0 64-bit, and the latest DirectX.
Windows recognizes the controller, but i can't find it in GC/Wiimote settings.

Any help would be appropriated.
