all zelda games are great but in my opinion phantom hourglass, spirit tracks and skyward swords are the worst for me because of the touchscreen and motion controls... i like gamepad controlled zelda rather than any che che bureche

a new zelda build is on development right now, do you think it will take more than a year for them to develop that game?

It's been several months it has been announced now...
Not more than a year, 4 years at LEAST I'll say... MSI Desktop: Intel Core i7-9700K 3.6 GHz/4.7 GHz, 32 Go DDR4, NVidia GeForce RTX 2080, 512 Go SSD + 2 To HDD, Windows 10 Professional x64 Insider Preview (Slow Ring)... and of course latest Dolphin x64 development build! 02-19-2018, 10:30 PM
This is only a hypothesis, but, if they keep the same game engine, it could be very fast, like Majora was.
Something à la Majora would be a welcome entry for me, since botw don't shine at all in terms of story and atmosphere.
From France with love.

Majora's wasn't always that fast. It's not a real problem anymore since we have emulators that we can overclock and the VC, but Majora's Mask had some REALLY laggy sections on an original N64. But I would like another game like it since it's definitely my favorite by far.

I think DrHouse was referring to development time being pretty fast, but I can't say much more because majora's was before my time I got into video games/before I even had video games maybe.
The team got the green light to work on a sequel after Ocarina of Time, but the condition was it had to be completed within roughly a year.
A lot of content actually got scrapped. Fishing was supposed to be added similar to Ocarina of Time (which was added in the 3DS remake) and probably some more dungeons (mostly likely the Moon section would be more fleshed out as a real dungeon). There could also have been a fourth day (which is only seen by completing the game as part of the ending cutscene). Since the Ocarina of Time engine was reused the sequel could be made significantly faster since models and items for example could be reused while adding a few new ones. Majora's Mask really is a great game, if not a bit too much underrated. I really love the game, through the lack of dungeons prevents it for me for reaching the best the series has to offer. Four dungeons ain't that much. You should see Majora's Mask as the Zelda game that is more about the side-missions and events surrounding them than following the main journey like most Zelda games. 02-20-2018, 10:16 AM
it would be great if nintendo will also release a pc version for the first time

I wouldn't count on it... Not as long they are in the console / handheld market.
