Here's an early look at an 4x upscale project I started very recently after finding no comprehensive upscale pack for this childhood classic. This is my first upscale project so keep that in mind please! Created and tested on Bakugan Battle Brawlers Toys R. Us Edition. It should work fine with the regular version of the game as well I just haven't tested that yet. Currently researching .dds compression, however, the .png files provided are as optimized as I can get them using pingo. Please feel free to post any issues you encounter here or reach out on discord. The black square around the player icon is a issue with the game/emulator itself -- it is unrelated to the texture pack.

texture files are in .png format to maintain image quality/consistency while I study .dds compression. There are 2,420 .png textures in v0.3
Installation:
Extract zipped/compressed file, place RUH folder in C:\Users\(your username)\AppData\Roaming\Dolphin Emulator\Load\Textures and enable load custom textures in dolphin's graphics settings -> advanced tab
I recommend turning on pre-caching as well to help mitigate the stuttering.

v0.3 - +169 New Textures including 2 complete stage re-textures and more UI Textures + further .png optimization ( texture stutter on load reduced)
+ 2x additional upscale of existing large background textures, font and button icons, and misc. background assets such as trees and leaves (these textures are 8x the original size now).
