So the problem I'm having is that whenever I plug in headphones, there's no sound coming from them. However if I restart the emulator with the heaphones still plugged in, I get sound. So everytime I want to use headphones or switch to speakers, I have to restart Dolphin(which is quite annoying). I'm using the XAudio backend with the sample rate of 48000 Hz.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

this is because the audio device switches when you plug the headphones in (Intel HD Audio spec Front panel).

Dolphin currently doesn't support re-enumeration on device change
