I'm going to reinstall the Intel software and see if that fixes the problem.

Thanks . Chuck Approves 03-19-2011, 06:30 AM

I'm curious as to whether or not we are getting the same/similar errors. For me regardless of what release type(64bit or 32bit) I always get the following: error MSB6001: Invalid command line switch for "icl.exe". Parameter "path" cannot have zero length. C:\Program Files (x86)\MSBuild\Microsoft.Cpp\v4.0\Platforms\x64\PlatformToolsets\Intel C++ Compiler XE 12.0\Microsoft.Cpp.x64.Intel C++ Compiler XE 12.0.targets Line 204 Column 6 Project wxAdv28 error #2277: invalid definition of __m128; use #include "xmmintrin.h" instead C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 10.0\VC\include\xmmintrin.h Line 56 Column 1 Project Common error #10298: problem during post processing of parallel object compilation C:\Desktop\Checkout\7226\Source\Core\Common\icl Project Common Also were you able to compile 64 bit builds before the latest revisions started causing problems? I'm trying to compile some older builds(7200's and earlier) and run into problems with the 2277 "xmmintrin.h" _m128 error. However, 32bit builds compile just fine for me. 03-19-2011, 02:06 PM

Just don't optimize the .exe files because its not necesary for get the extra speed with icc (well, u only need to optimize the plugins and the video common, really). The application won't run when it's compiled with ICC XE, whether or not optimizations were used. 03-21-2011, 12:08 AM
I have a core i7 920. I tied with both SSE4.1 and SSE4.2 and the games doesn't work.

Could you give us some details like what OS you have, what GFX card u have, what games, and how they don't work (ie do they start to load but then crash; things like that) Also, are these problems just with my builds or do they happen with any dolphin build? What revision are you using? If you're having this problem with more than just my builds, please fill out an Issue on Google Code and/or post your problem in the Support Forum. NOTE: Be sure to search first to see if anyone is having the same problems that you are 03-21-2011, 01:40 AM

It doesn't work with all games with the last revision that you made. All games crashed when I tried to launch them. Like I said I took SSE 4.1 and I took 4.2 and it's the same things I got. |
