Not sure if this is where game support goes, but can't seem to find a better place.
Recently attempted to start this game up, everything works fine ingame, however no cutscenes will work, it's just a blackscreen with sound. I've attempted this on a number of Dolphin builds after 3.5, but the main two I've fiddled with are 3.5, and 3.5 r1222. Neither seem to fix the issue. I'm not well versed enough in Dolphin to know what settings I should be looking at it regards to this issue. Everything is set to base, except I'm forcing widescreen, and running 1920x1080. Fiddling with either doesn't seem to fix it. I've found some videos online of people playing Mushroom Men through Dolphin and getting full video, but can't tell what revision they are at. I'm assuming something was broken and nobody knew, as this is a bit of a lowerkey title compared to some stuff. Specwise, I have an i5-3570k, HD 7950, and 8 gigs of DDR3.
This is the good place to ask your questions.
I don't remember this issue in cutscenes. Haven't played this game for a long though. You can try to use XFB (External Frame Buffer). It's likely to help you for this kind of issue

Gah, sorry for disappearing for a week, had quite a few things to handle, and didn't have the time to check this.
So I tried this, and it didn't seem to fix anything. I suppose I should clarify a bit though by saying it's not the ingame cutscenes that are a problem, it's the FMV cutscenes that are acting up, logos and such. It's not a huge deal or anything, but I remember this game having at least 2-3 FMV cutscenes.
Then there's probably nothing you can do. I'll re-test the game to check this.
The game itself should work just fine. I don't remember having any issue

I've done a intro video for Mushroom Men on Dolphin 5.0-2577 and other than the cut-scenes it runs beautifully!

As always, there to give the answer! I've tested that with XFB enabled and set to "real" and the videos work just fine. Did notice the quality of the in-game graphics drop a bit but at least now I know how to fix it.
Thanks again
